On June 10th, Kevin will lead an educational class focused on the fundamentals of Italy's iconic Piedmont. Designed to be approachable and beginner-friendly, the class will start from the very beginning, breaking down each step of the process in a clear and engaging way. Guests will enjoy a guided tasting of six wines, perfectly paired with a curated charcuterie spread.

Kevin brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to the Somm team, backed by an impressive range of certifications and a deep commitment to hospitality and wine education. We're incredibly proud to have Kevin as part of Somm.

He holds a Certified Food & Beverage Executive designation from the American Hotel & Lodging Institute, as well as a Certified Dietary Manager credential from the University of North Dakota. Kevin further hones his culinary foundation at the Culinary Institute of America's San Antonio campus, and expanded his global wine expertise through Italian Wine Culture. As a Certified Specialist of wine with the Society of Wien Educators, Kevin combines technical precision with an approachable teaching style that makes learning both engaging and memorable.
