The 2021 Itsas Mendi 7 is a premium Bizkaiko Txakolina from Spain's Basque Country, known for its Atlantic, mineral-driven profile. Crafted primarily from Hondarrabi Zuri and often blended with Riesling, it features high acidity, citrus, and stone fruit notes with a complex, aged-on-lees character. This white wine has significant body, structure, and a slightly bitter, saline finish.
