Join us at Somm Wine Bar Nexton on Wednesday, November 18 from 6:30–8:30 PM for an evening of Champagne, fried chicken, and caviar, led by Stephen James. We’ll dive into Champagnes from Eric Taillet, one of the Vallée de la Marne’s grower-producers.

Stephen will guide us through the six wines, exploring Eric Taillet’s approach to Champagne and what makes each bottling unique. Throughout the evening, we’ll pair the wines with fried chicken sandwiches and caviar, bringing together bubbles, salt, richness, and crunch. Tickets are $175 per person and include all wines, fried chicken sandwiches, and caviar.
